1. Check our portfolio to see references of our previous work or to find out if we have any skin spots available. If you already have the skin you want to purchase in mind, contact us via Discord: MrRoss#3345 or .mrross

2. We will share a form with you to learn more about your project, about your ideas, what do you like and everything you have in mind for your skin, the more details the better!

3. Based on the information in your form, we will make a budget for the total cost of your skin and give you an estimated delivery time according to our work schedule.

4. Once both parties have reached an agreement, we will work on a mockup or preview with a first design idea for your skin. You will have 1 available modification of this mockup so you can tell us the changes you would like us to make before you start coding.

5. Once the mockup is approved, we begin the first stage of graphic and code editing in a test forum. Once the index page is finished you will have 1 modification available for certain minimal aspects that you did not like. *For more information check our terms and conditions.

6. When finishing the complete home page, we work on the mockup for the posts page and the users page. And we repeat the previous validation steps and start with the code work.

7. We create profile fields, test users and polish all the details to make it 100% functional. At the end of the complete skin you will have a final review to see something that we could have missed.

8. With everything finished and approved, we proceed to begin installing the skin in your forum. And you are ready to get down to business and prepare for your grand opening!

Pricing list

It is important that: all the details about your skin must be previously agreed between the designer and the client before starting the project. Please review the references of skins that we have already made in our portfolio beforehand and remember that according to your form you will be given a personalized quote for your project.

Skins by Slots

These are skins already made, completed and ready to install in your forum, which can be customized according to your theme, color palette and other indications. These skins are limited to a certain number of installations, that is, no more than a certain number of forums can have them at the same time.

The prices of these skins may vary depending on its complexity, so we recommend reviewing the complete skin beforehand so you can decide if it meets all the requirements you need for your project.

Difference Between Dropdown Menu Simple and Advanced.

The simple menus are those that are displayed just by passing the mouse over them, while the advanced ones are those that require the use of javascript for their operation.

Difference between Notice Board Simple and Advanced.

A simple bulletin board will have all the fields visible as required by the client, while an advanced one will have other integrated tricks such as multiple tabs, sliders, popup windows, among others.

Difference between Subforums Simple and Advanced.

The simple subforums have their fields always visible (forum title, number of posts, answers, last answer, description and quick links), while the advanced ones are those that, in addition to the basic fields, require a different arrangement. for each subforum according to the client's requirements.

Difference between Statistics Simple and Advanced.

The simple statistics are those that have all the fields in view with a limited number of visible groups, while the advanced ones are those that include other integrated tricks such as multiple tabs, sliders, popup windows, among others, in addition to a greater number of groups.

Difference between Topic Listing Simple and Advanced.

The lists of topics that we usually make are simple, that is, the structure does not change much in terms of content, the list of advanced topics for us would be those that change the "common" design of a list or require the use of tricks such as sliders , among others.

Difference between Profile in Posts Simple (+ 1 Inventory), Advanced (+ 3 tabs), Advanced (+ Slider), Advanced (+ Popup)

The profile in posts (and the profile page) change from simple to advanced depending on the amount of fields required by the client, ranging from additional fields, battle stats, inventories, and/or other integrated tricks like multiple tabs, sliders, popup windows, etc.

We have intermediate/advanced experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript codes for Foroactivo, Forumotion and Forummactif platforms. Please keep in mind that our knowledge has been cultivated and continues to be cultivated day by day, and it comes from different sources, be it Foroactivo, Stack overflow and other programming tutorial pages. We will decide when, where and to whom to give credit for what we have learned.

When ordering a skin, you will be informed of the availability of the designers, that is, we work together on some projects and on others alone. You will be told from the beginning who will be in charge of your skin. We appreciate your patience and respect for the times of each one of us.

About Payments

1. All prices are in Dollars (USD) and payments are made via PayPal. Payment must be made in two parts: the first half at the beginning of the project and the second at the end and delivery of the skin.

1.1 For users living in Argentina who would like a skin, please contact Zella directly to arrange a payment in Argentine pesos (ARS).
1.2 We do not accept refunds or exchanges. We will always make the first charge after having reached an agreement with the client according to their answered form and clarified all the doubts about the skin, we start working on the main concept from day 1, so it is already time and effort invested in your project by the designer. Therefore, we ask that you please be sure of your purchase.

Note: Depending on the level of complexity of the skin, the price may increase, we ask you to review our price list in detail, fill out our commission form and reach an agreement between client and designer before making the first payment and start the work process.

Credits, modifications and support

2. It is appreciated to keep the credits always visible. Once the skin is delivered, it becomes the property of the client, so the administrator can use it as needed according to the development of his project, that is, he can edit colors, images or make small changes in the structure of the code, but as long as our credits are kept intact and it is clarified that all changes made later were outside Zella or Ross and made by the administrator of the forum in question.

2.1 If the forum for which the skin was originally made dies, the skin may be reused by the client in future own projects, as long as our credits are maintained. A notification about the use of our skin for another project is always appreciated.
2.2 You are not allowed to resell any of our skins or use our codes as a base for different skins.

3. We will be able to support your forum at no cost during the first month after your skin is delivered, as long as it is in support of small and simple details in the forum. Codes that have been deleted by mistake will not be redone (for example, by modifying a template that they have not previously saved or by deliberately modifying our code without knowing how it works).

We strongly recommend all our customers make a backup of all codes delivered.

3.1 If you require an update to the design of your skin you will have a 15% discount on the purchase of the complete skin or 10% on the parts that you need to change that together exceed a budget of 50 USD .

Templates included

4. All our skins (whether for slots or commission) include the editing of the following template pages: Topic List, Member List, Private Message Inbox, Profile Edit Page, Advanced Search Page, Search Page by Messages and by Topics. We have worked with a basic code that we use and customize according to the colors and other details of the project we are working on, but the base will always be the same for everyone.

4.1 The administration may make any changes they deem appropriate to these pages under their own responsibility.
4.2 If the administration wants us to make very specific changes to these pages, they will have an additional cost that will depend on what is requested.

Mockups and first steps

5. At the beginning of the project we deliver a mockup or preview of the skin with the idea for the general design made in Photoshop. Once this mockup is approved, the development of the corresponding codes will begin.

5.1 The client will have 1 mockup modification available for them to tell us what design changes they would like to modify.

6. No changes can be made to the general design once the codes for the complete Index page have been made, which is why the administrators have reviews of each part of the forum that is being worked on and until said part is approved, the next one cannot be continued.

6.1 All requested changes to codes already made (with previously approved mockups) will be charged in addition to the initial budget delivered for the project depending on the type of changes.

Graphics editing

7. All our skins include their respective images edited in Photoshop that are consistent with the design style that we consider to be the best for the theme and the skin in general, but remember that these images are provisional according to the theme or references that were delivered by the client in the initial questionnaire, the administrators may change them later if they wish and as they see fit.

7.1 Images placed in the skin will not be re-edited and/or changed after the mockups have been approved, any changes to them will be charged additionally.
7.2 PSD files with designs used in the skin may be delivered to the client so that they can use and maintain the same style if they wish, subject to the decision of each designer according to the project.

Post Sheets included

8. All our commissioned skins include a certain number of post sheets depending on the type of Skin purchased: with Skin Advanced they include 5 tablets (to choose) while Skin Basic includes 3 tablets (to choose). Our skins by slots also include 5 already defined boards.

The sheets included are: Administrative (Regulations, General Topics and Moderation), Groups, Registrations, Character Sheet, Affiliation. The sheets to choose are from the previous list, but if, for example, the administration wants to change the Registration sheet for a Relationship, or the Affiliation sheet for a Roleplay Search or Chronology.

8.1 The administrative sheets are divided with 3 possible uses as an example, but the base of the sheet is the same. All the post sheets will be simple, if you want them to include any tricks such as Tabs, Slider, etc., they will be considered Advanced Sheets and will have an additional cost.
8.2 If you want a Post sheet with certain information in a particular form you must give us a drawing that details how you want said sheet, without this clarification we will proceed to design all the tablets according to our creativity and as we see fit. If for such sheets that we deliver (without prior instructions from the administration) changes are requested in the structure, an additional cost will be charged depending on the changes.

Skins by Slots

9. Skins by Slots are pre-made skins ready to install on your forum at a lower cost. Its customization is minimal, that is, we will only make changes to the color palette, images and some other minimal details. We call them by slots since we limit the number of active forums with said skin at the same time.

9.1 The prices of each skin per slot will vary depending on the complexity of said skin and the number of slots available. Payment for these skins will be made in a single payment and in order to receive this skin you must pay in advance.
9.2 No modifications will be made to our skins for slots other than those already mentioned, so we recommend previously reviewing the complete skin so that you can decide if it meets all the requirements you need for your project.

If you want certain areas of the skin in general to be modified, the cost of the requested changes will be charged additionally according to our price list. For example, if you want to change the layout of the Dashboard, change the layout of the subforums or add more variants, add more profile fields, change the position of the avatar in Posts, etc. In addition, it will depend on the designer if she has availability in her schedule to make these changes, since it would require more time invested in said skin.

Compatibility and display

10. All our skins are developed in and for Chrome, Opera and Brave for PC, mostly compatible with other browsers; for optimal viewing we recommend the use of these browsers. Still, if you notice any bugs or weird forum display, please let us know!

10.1 Our designs are not focused on mobile phones and/or other smaller screen sizes, however we take into account that the visualization of the skins is fluid on these devices. If you want a skin that is more mobile compatible, we can gladly discuss it.

11. In the case of installation of skins in already existing forums (that is, those that are already functional with active users and role) we will request permission to create a temporary test account in your forum to facilitate the real visualization and being able to adapt the skin to the user's needs. About plagiarism

12. At Entourage we are against plagiarism, please check that your request is not strongly inspired by any other design you have seen before, this means, do not give us mockups or offer us references to later request something exactly the same, or even very similar. We understand that there are designs that you may like, but we will not replicate the creativity of other designers.

13. We promote the recognition of the artists who are the authors of all the images that we have decided to use to enhance the design of our skins, which is why they will be mentioned in the credits area. Any modification of images outside our graphic edition is under the consideration of the administrators to continue with the mention of the artists or not.
